Elderly woman in North Kashmir dies after getting hit by an unknown biker On Sunday morning in the Nadihal neighbourhood of the North Kashmir Baramulla district, an elderly woman lost her life after she got hit by an unidentified bike rider . According to multiple reports, a motorbike hit an elderly woman at Nadihal Rafiabad, causing an accident. She was transferred to GMC Baramulla, where she later died from her injuries. The deceased has been identified as Fatha Begum, wife of Mohammad Sultan War, resident of Nadihal. Police confirmed the incident and have started an investigation into the matter.

Himachal road mishap: 6 Kulgam workers killed, many injured.

Shimla: In a road accident in Shimla, six labourers from the Kulgam area of south Kashmir died and several others were injured.

According to Shimla SP Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi, the unfortunate tragedy occurred after their truck crashed into a gorge near Kararghat. According to him, several of the workers died at the hospital from their injuries, while the other three perished instantly.

The deceased, hailing from Kulgam, were identified as Fareed Ahmad Deedar (24), Gulam Hussain Gorsi (43), Shabir Ahmad Deedar (19), Talib Hussain Tinda (23), Gulzar Ahmad Deedar (30), and Mushtaq Ahmad Dedar (30).

The injured are being treated at Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital. In his sympathy message, DC Kulgam, Dr. Bilal-Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat, noted that the Shimla Administration is currently coordinating the remains’ transportation back to their original villages.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha also expressed his condolences via Twitter, expressing sorrow over the tragic event and ordering aid to the bereaved families.
