Mumbai: In a remarkable feat for the Indian film industry, Shah Rukh Khan’s latest venture, “Dunki,” has surpassed the Rs 300 crore mark in gross worldwide collections, as announced by the film’s production houses on Thursday. Directed by the acclaimed Rajkumar Hirani, the comedy drama, although met with mixed reviews since its release on December 21, has resonated strongly with audiences worldwide.

Red Chillies Entertainment, a prominent production house associated with “Dunki,” proudly shared the news of the film’s global success, revealing that it has grossed an impressive Rs 305 crore.

“The Box Office is buzzing with your love for ‘Dunki’,” exclaimed the production banner in a post on Instagram, acknowledging the overwhelming support from audiences.

“Dunki” delves into the world of illegal immigration, focusing on the unconventional method known as ‘donkey flight.’ The star-studded cast, featuring Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover, has contributed to the film’s widespread appeal.
