Lucknow: A disturbing event takes place in Lucknow, a lawyer in UP hires  hitmen to kill his girlfriend’s family members, but hitmen mistakenly murder a taxi driver instead.

Mohammad Rizwan, a taxi driver, was killed on December 30 by a gang of hitmen in Madehganj area, who were apparently paid by Aftab Ahmed, a UP lawyer,  to kill his alleged girlfriend’s family which involves her husband and father.

As per police, Aftab had strategically planned this murder, but the hitmen miscalculated their target and killed Rizwan, who was not the intended target.

Aftab had paid the hitmen an advance amount of 2 Lakh Rupees and then refused to pay the remaining amount, as they killed the wrong person.

Lucknow police have arrested the Lawyer, Aftab Ahmed and two others in connection with the murder.

As per officials, the weapon and bike used in the crime, and the mobile phones of accused have been seized.
