The winter break for educational institutions in the Kashmir Valley will begin gradually, according to the Directorate of School Education Kashmir.

The dates of the vacations are as follows:

November 28, 2023 to February 29, 2024 for courses up to the eighth standard, and December 11, 2023 to February 29, 2024 for classes eight to twelfth standard.

The directive states that the teaching staff must return to their individual schools by February 21, 2024, in order for them to be accessible for scheduling exams in the future.
