    Prime Minister Narendra Modi today met with three Block-level officers, including one from Mankote in Jammu region's Poonch district, before starting a one-of-a-kind week-long event for Aspirational Blocks throughout the country called 'Sankalp Saptaah' at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
