Baramulla: Approximately 19-year-old girl (name withheld) filed a written complaint with Police Station Kreeri alleging that her father, Mohd Rafeeq Mochi, a resident of Kalantra Payeen, District Baramulla, who is missing from home, sexually assaulted her.
According to the pertinent legal provisions, a FIR was filed in Police Station Kreeri based on this written complaint.
Utilising all available tools and personnel, Police Station Kreeri made an admirable attempt to track down and apprehend the accused person in this particular case.
Additional medical and legal procedures were completed for the girl, and the case is currently being investigated.
