Five Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySP) were promoted to Superintendents of Police (SP) by the Jammu and Kashmir government’s Home Department on Monday.
The following Deputy Superintendents of Police (Selection Grade) are thus sanctioned for promotion to Superintendent of Police, Level-11 (67700-208700) in the Pay Matrix, with immediate effect.
The order reads, Salim Jahangir Lone, KPS116068, Showkat Ahmad Dar, KPS116067, Manish Kumar Sharma, KPS116069, Imtiaz Ahmed, KPS116033 and Farhan Jehanzeb Naqash, KPS116023 have been promoted as Superintendent of Police.
The promotions shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any competent court of law, reads the order issued by Raj Kumar Goyal (IAS) Financial Commissioner/Additional Chief Secretary to the Government….
